Cancellation policy:
All reservations require a 14 day cancellation notice prior to arrival for daily or weekly stays and 90 days for monthly stays to receive advance deposit refund, less a $50.00 processing fee. Some reservations (i.e. for holidays between Memorial Day through Labor Day) require a 30 day cancellation notice prior to arrival to receive advance deposit refund, less the $50.00 processing fee. Changes to reservations within the 14 day period that result in a reduction in the number of nights will also result in a forfeiture of an amount equal to one night room and tax, plus a $50.00 processing fee. Please note, cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund.
Payment policy:
Reservations require a 50% deposit, with the balance due at check in.
Limited Damage Waiver:
At the time your reservation is confirmed, a Limited Damage Waiver is applied to your account. This $40 fee insures the registered guest against any accidental damage to the residence or its contents for an amount not to exceed $2,000 when reported immediately. This fee eliminates the necessity for additional security deposits. Please repiort spills, breakage and damage as soon as it occurs during your stay so we may assess and/or minimize the extent of the damage. The Limited Damage Waiver is ONLY valid if the incident is reported prior to check out.
Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to reserve and occupy a residence. We will attempt to honor all requests, however, we reserve the right to select alternate accomodations without notice as deemed necessary.
